SoluSoft Inc continues to evolve and improve its methodology with a trend towards agility and the incorporation of ‘light’ or ‘agile techniques’.  These techniques value

• Individual Interactions over processes and tools
• Working software over comprehensive documentation
• Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
• Responding to change over following a plan

SoluSoft Inc Professional Services applies an Agile application deployment methodology to the management of projects and to the development and deployment of application solutions that incorporate SoluSoft Inc.  The use of this method provides for rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept, while simultaneously gathering and refining user and technical specifications on an ongoing basis for project control.  This method consists of the following Phases and their associated deliverables
